I haven’t posted in a while. I’ve started to get those Ana feelings again, and I just haven’t felt like getting on lately. :/
razors pain you, rivers are damp,
acid stains you, drugs cause cramps,
guns aren’t lawful, nooses give,
gas smells awful, you might as well live.
does it work? I wanna try it, but I don’t wanna waste my money on something that doesn’t work. help!?
gluten-free pancakes for a late dinner? sure! :D
today has been..weird. my walk got cut in half due to rain, so I started to clean my room with my extra time. about four hours later, I’m laying on my bedroom floor on my yoga mat, about to do my ab workouts. then I realized..I DON’T KNOW ANY AB WORKOUTS BESIDES CRUNCHES! so I came out, ate some more fruit, two granola bars, and a hamburger patty (not the best, I know, but I was hungry - don’t judge me). so now I’m gonna look for some ab exercises (feel free to send suggestions!), get my yoga mat back out, and workout for a good two hours or so. just me and some Ed Sheeran or whatever else comes on my iPod.
SEND ME SOME IDEAS!!
p.s., my total calories are at approx. 550 right now.
good morning, fitties!
just had breakfast. a bowl of fruit salad and a cup of Silk Mixed Berry Fruit and Protein drink. only 150 calories since I don’t count my fruit (I need that energy!). gonna go get dressed and go for my one-hour walk/jog. I think I’m gonna clean my room instead of kickboxing/Zumba today so I have room to do my ab/arm workouts. if I have time left, I’ll do some of the leg workouts I didn’t do yesterday.
leave me some messages/questions for when I get back, fitblrs!
